TB Form 2013 Presidential Inauguration Tour Interest Form - Mr. Lebovitz is coordinating a trip to Washington D.C. for the Presidential Inauguration, a program by Smithsonian Student Travel.  If you are interested in participating, you can find more information and a form here.  This trip is open to 4th and 5th grade students in the 2012-2013 school year (current 3rd and 4th grade students).
   
PTO Volunteer Sign Up Form - Haynes Street Elementary School is the best little school in the Valley, made more so by the generous participation of the families and friends of our students by running programs and raising funds.  We at Haynes NEED YOUR HELP.  Do you have any special talents or interests?  Please review this list of committees and volunteer positions and check off any that you may be interested in filling or assisting with and drop it at the front office or email it to jeff@haynesstreetschool.com.
School Spirit Sponsorship School Spirit Sponsorship Form - Haynes Street Elementary and PTO is much more than a school, it is a family!  Your generous sponsorship towards your child's education is tax exempt and will help us achieve our Sponsorship fund raising goal of $10,000 or $25.00 per child.
